Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll notify you by email or phone if there's a significant delay.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full by credit card at checkout. We do not accept cash payment for the order itself.

Shipping Cost

A shipping fee of EGP 80-100 (depending on your location) is paid in cash to the delivery courier upon receipt of your order.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your order details. 

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you at the provided address or phone number after [2] attempts, your order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply to reschedule delivery.
